Accounts may need to purchase credits to access certain features. Credits are used to generate images and may expire or be updated as we evolve pricing and functionality. Payments are handled by our payment providers, and taxes may apply based on your location.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload or enter. To operate the service, you grant Deck Muse a limited license to host, process, and display your content and generated presentations solely for providing the service to you.

6. AI-Generated Output

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
